Geldards LLP is one of the UK’s leading law firms, with over 400 employees and offices across four locations. As a regulated legal practice, maintaining compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is vital to protect the firm’s standing and practising certificates.
When Terri, Learning & Development Manager at Geldards, joined the firm three and a half years ago, she quickly identified a critical issue: the firm’s existing learning management system (LMS) wasn’t working. “It just wasn’t functional,” she recalls. “We’d log support tickets and wait 15 days for a response that went nowhere. It broke constantly, and our people found it confusing and a waste of time.”
